Reference part geometry is scanned and captured as a dense point cloud, accurate to fractions of a millimetre.

Model
The scan is rebuilt as clean CAD geometry, refined for manufacturing and design elements.

Prototype
We validate every design through rapid prototyping, whether using 3D printing or custom-fabricated parts, refining the design until it's production-ready.

Manufacture
Once proven, the final design is manufactured using high-quality production methods to deliver durable, precision-fit, plug-and-play components.
